Justine Snabaitis
Justine Snabaitis qualified as a solicitor in 1999, and joined Moore and Blatch in Southampton immediately after qualifying, spending 5 years in their Lymington and Southampton offices before heading the Family Department at Christopher Green McCarrahers Office in Hythe. She was a founding Partner of Hampshire Law Solicitors before wishing to provide a more dedicated family law service and founding Family & Child Law Solicitors with Sion Williams in 2013. She is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Law Panel, specializing in assisting victims with domestic violence and matrimonial finance disputes.
Siôn Williams
Siôn Williams qualified as a solicitor in 2006. He trained as a solicitor in North Wales before moving to Southampton in September 2006, working alongside Justine Snabaitis at Christopher Green McCarrahers. He joined Hampshire Law on its formation before he founded Family & Child Law Solicitors alongside Justine Snabaitis in 2013. He is an accredited specialist member of Resolution in relation to private and public law children matters.
Karina Henty
Karina Henty has worked in family law since 1993 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006. She has joined us after 20 years at a firm in Wiltshire,
Karina is a member of Resolution and holds the Law Society Family Law Accreditation. She is qualified to advise and represent clients on all aspects of family law relating to separation and marriage breakdown, including finances, domestic violence and children matters. She also deals with public law children cases, advising parents in the pre-proceedings process and the subsequent court process, if proceedings are issued.
